Before you get in I just wanted to make sure that we are all on the same page so that we can create a safe and open environment so everyone can get the most out of this community.

First and foremost please make sure that you are following your companies online policies. While I would love to say that everything you say in this group is confidential you never know who is going to be in here. I would hate for anyone to get in trouble at work because of something that they said here.

Second, this is a space for women. ALL women. The LGBTQ+ community. The however you got into the country you live in is okay community. The Black community. When I say all I mean ALL no matter where you are on this amazing planet. No hate speech whatsoever will be tolerated.

Please be respectful of others. We all have different values, morals, jobs, and life experiences. We are here to learn from each other and become better leaders. Part of being a great leader is being able to hear opinions and ideas that are different from yours with an open mind.

The tools provided in this community are for you to use and to share. The main purpose of this community is to teach and for you to be able to go out into the world and teach the same. However, the tools provided are not to be resold or rebranded to be sold.
